No words could describe how delicious this Pepes Ikan Mangga Muda is. During my trip to Garut, I was invited for a dinner by Mbak Yessy. She cooked by herself this unforgettable pepes. I will ask for the recipe and try it at home.The next evening, we were entertained by Mbak Dwita in Pujasega. I was told that this was the best restaurant in the area. We were stuffed by the sundanese cuisine: gurame bakar, gurame goreng, lalab, karedok leunca, sup gurame, cumi bakar, nasi tutug oncom. Juice Pelangi for the drink.
