First of all, let me tell you what Suki is. I found this in the Wikipedia:
Thai Suki or Suki is a Thai version of the one pot meal known as Steamboats refer to a variety of dishes eaten throughout East Asia, where ingredients (such as thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, noodles or seafood) are cooked in a simmering pot of broth at the table, usually communally. In many areas, steamboats are often eaten in the winter. Well, in Indonesia you don’t have to wait for winter to be able to eat Suki or Steamboat.
I-ta Suki is one of the best places to go if you long for Suki in Jakarta. My family loves this restaurant and
Coka Suki in
BRI Building-Sudirman.
I-ta Suki is located in
Senayan City 4th Floor. There is another one in Pluit but we have never been there. Fresh vegetables combined with mushrooms, seafood, beef, chicken and various styles of dumpling will make the best lunch or dinner. The dipping sambal or chili sauce is outstanding. In I-ta Suki one could add fried or fresh garlic to the sauce, while in Coka Suki, it is mixed with coriander leaves. Both are superb. Price is a bit exp

ensive, this is a sharing pot and you pay what you take/order. In average, one should prepare to spend Rp 100 K per person. So if you bring the whole family, just multiply the number of family members with Rp 100 K for a roughly estimation of total cost.
