Gedung Sapta Pesona (Departemen Parpostel) in Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat really has the charm (pesona) for luncheon. There is a food court in its lower ground floor, air conditioned and the price is not expensive. I like grilled fish Manado style, my friend likes pepes patin. There are also variety of Padang and Sundanese food and hot soup such as bakwan malang, soto betawi, etc. A big television is available so you could see the news while eating. I was stuffed with healthy meal for less than Rp 20 K, a very good deal.
