Although the name is
Bubur Ayam Monas, it is not located in Monas. We found this place not in purpose in
Jalan Bendungan Hilir, close to the RSAL (Navy Hospital). They sell bubur from a
warung mobil; they also put some tables and chairs in front of the closed stores. That is why they open only in the morning and evening because during the day the stores are open.
Bubur is also c

alled porridge in English; the soft food made by boiling rice. This
bubur was very delicious; it is not thick, rich with chicken soup and served with condiments, such as chicken in small cubes,
cakwe,
bawang goreng,
seledri and
daun ketumbar (coriander leave). In my opinion, the coriander leave is the one that make it very special. Besides the ordinary chilli, they also have
acar cabai rawit that goes well with the
bubur. In addition, they have
semur telur burung puyuh and
semur ampela, sold separately. I recommend you to try it; only with Rp 10K you’ll get a bowl of this appetizing
bubur.
