Nasi Ayam Chee Meng
This time we, a group of travel companions, went a little further for culinary tour. We explored Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur last week. Our pick for lunch was Nasi Ayam Chee Meng, which is located in 50, Jalan Bukit Bintang. The specialty was of course Nasi Ayam Hainan so we ordered a portion for everyone. There’s option for the chicken, fried or steamed. I chose fried so that I could have the best part of fried skin. The taste, just so so in my opinion, but I was starving so I finished the rice in a minute and ordered another portion of steamed rice to eat with Kangkung Belacan:) We also ordered mango salad with salty fish which was crisp and good. The price was reasonable, it varies around RM 5-15 for each kind of dish. There is a halal label in the front of the restaurant.
