Ngoc Suong

We would only eat in this place due to Pak Holland’s hospitality. Otherwise, we would never try the best seafood restaurant in 19 C, Le Quy Don, Ho Chi Minh City. Ngoc Suong, the name of the restaurant offers a variety of seafood cooked with exotic ingredients. It’s hard to describe the flavor but the local taste was very strong. Seafood was fresh and all the dishes were perfect! The appetizer was shrimp rolls with mayonnaise… very good one. Next was the crab cooked with tamarind as the base sauce, nothing could be better than this. Then came the shrimp in the coconut shell in fire. If you see the picture, you know what I mean. They left the water of young coconut in the shell so the shrimp had a touch of sweet taste from coconut water vapor. And the last ones were grilled fish, kangkung stir fried with garlic and fried rice. I had no clue what kind of fish it was, but certainly excellent. Thank you so much Pak Holland for the nice dinner, a truly memorable night!
