Taking the advantage of Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki 40% discount during the month of June 2009 that we saw in email, my colleagues and I went to
Midori Japanese Restaurant for lunch. We ordered two portions of Shabu Shabu and two portions of Sukiyaki for 8 people. The waiter said that one portion enough for two. Since we were all heavy-eaters, it turned out that we should actually have considered one portion for one person. Though food was okay and the shabu-shabu dipping sauce was excellent, I was
not very impressed as it took quite long for the food to be served. The discount offer was for Midori Restaurant in
Jalan Wahid Hasyim No 106, Menteng; bear in mind that there is also Midori in Mayestik, South Jakarta. We paid about Rp 50K in average per person after discount.
