Teba Café @ Jimbaran

Jimbaran Beach is very well known as heaven for seafood cafe and restaurant in Bali. All of them offer almost the same type of food, yet each restaurant is always packed with seafood-goers. It is hard to believe that the place made headlines couple years ago due to the bombing. The setting is uniform along the beach. Wooden tables and chairs on the fine sands with candle lights and sometimes mini live music or Balinese dance show. We chose one place, Teba Cafe, and ordered grilled kakap, baronang, shrimps and calamari that night…. They come with a small plate of vegetable (kangkung) and three dipping sauces: sambel matah, sambel kecap, sambel bajak. Seafood was fresh and they were all excellent. With all the drinks we had, the bill was Rp. 500 K for 6 people.
