Pepes Manado

My mom just returned from Manado this week and she brought home-made Pepes Manado Ikan Mas which was incredibly delicious. It was a perfect combination with Sayur Pakis ala Manado. I was very lucky because I wouldn’t find this kind of food in Manadonese Restaurant. And I was thinking to share it with my friends, but it disappeared in just seconds :)
