Thai Kitchen

After several delays, finally I could hang out with Trisna, my very best friend, on Friday night. Heavy downpour did not affect our mood to have dinner. Initially we planned to go to Bakwan Tee Box in Jalan Wijaya, but it was too crowded, ok then Plan B.... Chamoe-Chamoe, it was closed, ok now Plan C, which is actually no plan....:) We just drove along Jl. Panglima Polim IX and spontaneously picked Thai Kitchen. I have been to this restaurant once and I remember the food was lovely.

We agreed on Mango Salad, Tom Yam Udang, Eggplant Stir Fry and Rice for menu selection, Iced Lemon Tea and Thai Iced Tea for drinks. I think this restaurat was a perfect choice. Mango Salad was a combination of sweet and dominantly sour. Tom Yam Udang was also very good. The Eggplant Stir Fry was even better. What made it special was the basil leave. Total price was Rp 100 K. Another TGIF.

My favorite touch with Thai food is lots of coriander leaves on top of the hot and spicy food.
