Crawfish time everyone!

I have never missed any food from the US except crawfish. I like only the fresh ones, which are boiled with some spices. It is quite popular in the states such as Texas, Louisiana and California. On a special request, I asked my friend, Evy, to take me to the place that provide this meal on my visit to Houston in October. I was told by another that this was not crawfish season so I wouldn't be able to get anything.
Well, it turned out that Evy knew the best crawfish restaurant that provided crawfish all year long, and she took me to the best one, which is called the Boiling Crab in 8300 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. Order was taken by weight, we ordered 2 lb, some corns and the whole sha-bang as the spices (this is cajun style and very spicy). I was really speechless because this was the best that I ever tasted. Usually in the past I just had them boiled just with salts and lemon butter. It is VERY GOOD.

Besides crawfish, they also have shrimps, catfish, oyster, king crab and snow crab. Didn't bother to try the others because I could find them in Indonesia. Just crawfish... it's excellent. The charge was based on market price and we paid only US$ 20 for the food including tax and service. Not bad, isn't it?
