Atin and I spent last Saturday night by venturing a new Sate Padang street vendor in
Jalan Radio Dalam Raya. Even though it is only a street vendor, interestingly they have an email address and Facebook ID. The
warung occupies the parking lot between Pempek 161 and Circle-K. A portion of
Sate Padang Salero Ajo, cooked by Uda Asril Sutan Bagindo (as stated in the banner) was served very quickly after we picked one of the tables. We both thought that Sate Padang Mak Syukur was better than this, but again, this was cheaper. Only Rp 13 K for one port
ion. An advice that I’d like to offer is that you should tell them what you like, whether you want the meat only, the intestine, the tongue, or a mixed one. If you don’t say anything, it will be a combination of all of them.
