Lesehan Blok M

A portion of dinner at Lesehan
Forget fancy and stylish restaurant. Great food can also be found in a simple Lesehan. Located in one of the corners of Blok M Square, this place is a heaven for commuters who use Blok M as a hub to return home from work. Lesehan starts to serve the customers at around 8 pm.

Lesehan is a term used when people eat their food by sitting comfortably on the floor mat, a relaxing environment. There are many food providers and so one could choose any of them. It seems that each has their own fanatic consumers.
Menu in Lesehan
Rice will be served on a wooden plate covered by banana leaf. The dishes could be unreservedly chosen; from variety of meat (chicken and beef), seafood and selection of vegetables (kangkung, daun pepaya, gudeg krecek, urap, pecel, etc). Taste? Good. Price? Inexpensive. Of course it will depend on what you take as the dishes, but in general with Rp 15 K you will be already full with a portion of rice, one piece of meat and vegetables.
