Another culinary tour on Friday night for steak lovers. Tokyo SKIPJACK is a relatively new hangout place in Bulungan-Blok M area that offers a great ambience and excellent food. The place is not a formal restaurant, instead it occupies the terrace of Cosmo Supermarket and a small air conditioned-area inside for non-smokers. I am a big fan of Gandy’s, but I think this one is better in terms of the quality of the beef with amazing tenderness.

They serve New Zealand and US steak; we ordered the best which is the 200 gr US tenderloin. The juiciness, the flavor, everything for the meat is just perfect. We were glad that they put aside the sauce and not mixing it with the meat, because you really don't need it! We also liked very much the vegetables, Green Salad with Japanese Dressing - the combination of sweet, sour and Japanese flavor make it unique and unforgettable. The price is reasonable; it ranges from IDR 75-100 K for 200 gr New Zealand and about IDR 150 K for 200 gr US. Trust me, having dinner there will make your evening better :)
