RM SA Kenari


Steam Sikakap Fish
SA Kenari Restaurant occupies the 2nd floor in one of the corners of Prangin Mall, Penang, Malaysia. Their specialty is Thai Muslim food, meaning all food here is labeled halal. A dish that should not be forgotten is the steam sikakap fish, the best among all steam fish I've had so far. Ingredients include ginger, garlic pickles, onion, chilli. There's probably some other spices that I have no clue what that is. The taste is irresistible. It is best accompanied by their sambal terasi. Unlike the regular sambal terasi, theirs is a bit watery BUT it was unbelievably great combination. RM 25 for one portion of fish that is good for 3 people.
